Hollywood stepped out of her car and grabbed her surfboard and beach bag. She walked out to the shore a little away from the water and stuck her board in the sand. She was wearing a pink bikini with thick black stripes and thin white ones. She also had on a pair of shorts which she now took off. She opened her bag and got her tanning lotion. She popped the top and slowly rubbed it into her slightly tan skin. Then she leaned up against her board and watched the waves come in. She could feel the sun warming her legs as she sat there. She closed her eyes and relaxed.

Jack climbed out of his car and looked around the beach. He shut the door and locked the car with his remote. He smiled as it beeped. He was wearing dark blue swim trunks that had black flames on them. He tossed his bag over his shoulder and headed down to the beach. He let his bag fall in a random spot and kicked of his sandles then continued walking till his reached the shore, letting the waves run over his feet.

Hollywood opened her eyes and looked at the ocean waves crashing on the shore. She looked around the beach and saw a boy standing in the water. She tried to figure out who he was but she had never seen him before, so she forgot about it. She stood up and pulled her surfboard out of the sand. She carried it over to the water and walked out a little ways before climbing on it. A small wave came up but it was to small to surf on so she waited for a bigger one.

Jack's attention was caught as a girl walked past him with her surfboard and headed out to the waves, waiting. He watched her, she was pretty...and she surfs. That was cool. He had never seen her before but as soon as she came in he was planning on changing that little detail.
(Short, I know, it's late)

As Hollywood sat waiting for a wave she turned around to look at the people on sure. She noticed a boy looking at her. She quickly looked away to concentrate on the waves. Not a minute after she saw a big wave coming so she got ready to take it. She swam closer to it then when she was almost right on top of it she stood up and surfed it. She felt the white foamy water splash on her face and the wind blow through her hair. She turned her board and it floated back to shore as the wave ended. She walked back to her things so she could pull up her hair.

He watched her as he moved along the wave, he didn't even notice she had looked at him. She was really good. Her body moved perfectly smooth with the rough water. He continued to watch her as she came up to shore, and followed her to her things. "Hey! That was awesome! You're really good!"

Hollywood turned to look at the boy. "Oh, thank you! That wasn't my best run but it was fun." She bent down and grabbed a hair tie. While pulling up her hair she began talking again. "Do you surf?" She asked him wondering what he was doing here. She came here almost every day and had never seen him. "The waves are pretty good today. But I've seen better. So, I've never seen you around. Are you new?" She grabbed her towel and layed it out. Sitting down she beckoned for him to sit down. "Oh I'm sorry, I haven't even introduced myself. I'm Hollywood, nice to meet you."

He sat down next to her. "It's a pleasure to meet you Hollywood. That's a pretty cool name! I'm Jack!" He smiled. "And I do surf, but not a lot. I actually live in New York. I'm just visiting!" She really was quite pretty, he thought.
[sorry so short]

"So how long will you be here?" Hollywood asked looking at Jacks eyes as she talked to him. "Jack's a pretty cool name too." She said smiling. She looked at the ocean and started humming Ordinary Boy. (mines short too, icky)

(lol)
"Um...I don't know, hopefully for a while." He grinned. "Thanks." He just watched her for a moment. "That's a good song, I really like it." He then followed her gaze out to the ocean. He just watched the waves and listened to all of the sounds. He then turned back to Hollywood. "You know, I would like to see you more often." He mentioned but he immediatly started to blush and looked quickly back to the ocean.

Hollywood turned to look at Jack. His face was red and she giggled. "Well I come here almost everyday, It won't be hard to see me." She smiled at the thought that someone wanted to see her again. She turned back to the water then back to Jack again. "Do you want to go surf?" She asked not even knowing if he had his board. She hated the silence and sitting. She was normally out doing something because nobody except her friends talked to her. She had come here everyday hoping to meet somebody and now she had. She looked at Jack and waited for his answer.

He grinned. "Sure, I'll go grab my board." He jumped up and ran to his car, getting his board. He came back, forcing himself not to run back. He put his board facing up in the sand. "You ready?" he asked.

Hollywood grinned and jumped up. She grabbed her board. "I think the question is, are you ready?" She ran to the water and jumped on her board. A small wave came so she just sat there. As she waited for Jack and a bigger wave she closed her eyes and felt the cold water splash her face. It was relaxing and soothing too. The looked back at Jack stand on shore. "Hey, Are you coming or what?" She grinned as she watched him.

Just after she asked her last question, he reached the water. He climbed on his board and moved next to her, as they waited for a larger wave. He glaced at her and smirked, in a challenging sort of way, but he said nothing as he turned back to the water.
